The proliferation of remote work changed the dynamics of leadership, cybersecurity and many organizations\u2019 capacity for change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, business and learning leaders have sought to create programs for digital leadership, agile management, complex problem solving and deep skill building, noted <a href=\"https:\/\/joshbersin.com\/about-the-josh-bersin-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">analyst and author Josh Bersin<\/a>. \u201cWhy? Because we now live in a world where every part of business, from marketing to sales to supply chain to customer service, has been reinvented in a digital way. So this is not a problem of \u2018picking up some digital skills\u2019. It\u2019s one of \u2018reinventing how business is done.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this points to <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.learnin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">talent academies<\/a> as an effective L&D strategy for any business that wants to keep its workforce agile, focused and fully prepared for the future.
