Now the CMO of Degreed and Learn In, Deeps will focus on inspiring business and learning decision makers to unlock their workforce performance and innovation through daily learning, deep skill-building and dynamic education access via Degreed and Learn In. He brings extensive experience as a global marketing executive, board member and advisor across technology, digital media, advertising, and education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to Learn In, Deeps built and led marketing teams in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe for almost a decade at Google, 8 years at IBM and 2 years at Twitter. He was Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of a venture and Y Combinator-backed education technology startup. Deeps will bring his experience with driving marketing in both a global and fast growth environment to his new role, as the combined company looks to reaffirm a leadership position in an increasingly complex learning technology space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am proud to take on this role during such a transformative time for Degreed,\u201d said Ramanathan. \u201cMarketing has never been more challenging due to the complexity and volume of channels, content, and touchpoints inside today\u2019s organizations.
