Be a Great Place to Work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s employees want more out of work than a paycheck. In June 2022, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualtrics.com\/news\/for-employees-shared-values-matter-more-than-policy-positions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Qualtrics survey<\/a> found that 56% of workers won\u2019t consider a workplace that doesn\u2019t share their values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To retain high-performing employees, create an inclusive culture that supports all employees and promote values that matter to high performers.
