Pas moins de 87 % des managers et dirigeants interrog\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/beyond-hiring-how-companies-are-reskilling-to-address-talent-gaps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0enqu\u00eate internationale men\u00e9e par McKinsey<\/a> d\u00e9clarent \u00eatre confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des \u00e9carts de performances ou s\u2019attendent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eatre d\u2019ici quelques ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2019-09-18-gartner-says-45--of-managers-lack-confidence-to-help-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Gartner en 2019<\/a>, les managers peuvent am\u00e9liorer les performances des collaborateurs\u00a0 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 26 % et tripler leurs chances de d&rsquo;\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un employ\u00e9 \u201chigh performer\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce constat, nos recherches sur <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/blog\/download-how-workforce-learns-report\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0les pratiques d\u2019apprentissage des employ\u00e9s<\/a> montrent\u00a0 que les managers n\u2019offrent pas ou peu d\u2019aide ou de conseils coh\u00e9rents en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement des talents. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, en 2019, seuls 17 % des r\u00e9pondants ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que leur manager les avait aid\u00e9s \u00e0 fixer des objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/explore.degreed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Blog-in-post-1-1-13-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36622\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre dernier rapport, publi\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, examine le point de vue de plus de 2 400 collaborateurs \u00e0 travers le monde et d\u00e9finit avec pr\u00e9cision la nature et l\u2019\u00e9tendue d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019apprentissage de qualit\u00e9.
