Parall\u00e8lement, de plus en plus de t\u00e2ches auparavant attribu\u00e9es aux RH figurent d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour du PDG moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les performances de chacun, le respect des exigences en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale et la pr\u00e9paration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des employ\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de l\u2019entreprise ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 du ressort des \u00e9quipes L&D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ces attentes se sont ajout\u00e9es de nouvelles initiatives. Les gens sont motiv\u00e9s par un objectif : celui de construire leur avenir, et ils travaillent ensemble pour s\u2019aider mutuellement \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de notre recherche, nous avons qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0promoteurs\u00a0\u00bb les collaborateurs qui \u00e9valuent positivement la culture apprenante de leur entreprise, et de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9tracteurs\u00a0\u00bb ceux qui l\u2019\u00e9valuent de mani\u00e8re n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019ils \u00e9voluent dans des cultures apprenantes positives ou n\u00e9gatives, les employ\u00e9s font des recherches sur Internet, regardent des vid\u00e9os, lisent du contenu en ligne et des livres.
