Celle-ci a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de repenser enti\u00e8rement la formation et de remanier ses plateformes de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La solution de Cisco<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement de Cisco repose sur trois\u00a0piliers\u00a0: la technologie, la curation de contenu et la priorit\u00e9 aux comp\u00e9tences. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re analyser l\u2019engagement.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019engagement est un indicateur facile \u00e0 suivre, si l\u2019on utilise la plateforme ad\u00e9quate. De plus, il est directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreux r\u00e9sultats repr\u00e9sentatifs, tels que la r\u00e9tention des collaborateurs, les performances, etc. Si les \u00e9quipes sont impliqu\u00e9es dans leur travail, d\u00e9veloppent activement leurs comp\u00e9tences et que leur entreprise laisse le champ libre \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 interne, elles seront beaucoup moins susceptibles de quitter l\u2019entreprise.
