Faute d&rsquo;une planification efficace des effectifs et d&rsquo;une \u00e9valuation ad\u00e9quate des comp\u00e9tences, certains profils de poste n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour depuis 2013. Nous avions besoin d\u2019une automatisation plus pouss\u00e9e, explique Peter&nbsp;Sheppard. En rem\u00e9diant au probl\u00e8me, nous cr\u00e9ons plus de valeur ajout\u00e9e.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Introduire le changement<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ericsson a mis en place une nouvelle classification num\u00e9rique des emplois et a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences de mani\u00e8re approfondie dans les profils de poste, en les alignant sur une nouvelle taxonomie dynamique. Ce faisant, la direction a adopt\u00e9 l\u2019automatisation chaque fois que cela \u00e9tait possible et a \u00e9galement impuls\u00e9 une approche ax\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019entreprise a abandonn\u00e9 les formations ponctuelles pour adopter une approche syst\u00e9matique d\u2019identification et de d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences critiques align\u00e9es sur ses objectifs strat\u00e9giques. Elle en a d\u00e9fini quelques-unes en particulier, essentielles \u00e0 son avenir, et applicables \u00e0 tous les postes et domaines d&rsquo;activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nouvelles approches de gouvernance ont permis de modifier l&rsquo;organisation du travail.
