Il demande donc \u00e0 Maestro de lui cr\u00e9er un parcours de formation personnalis\u00e9 dans Degreed pour le guider.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maestro \u00e9labore rapidement un parcours personnalis\u00e9 que Marc commence imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 suivre. Il transmet m\u00eame \u00e0 son manager un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de son \u00e9valuation afin de s\u2019assurer qu\u2019il d\u00e9veloppe les bonnes comp\u00e9tences et de montrer sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 progresser l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il pr\u00e9sente des lacunes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de Maestro, Marc concentre ses efforts sur les domaines prioritaires, et il r\u00e9ussit son int\u00e9gration dans son nouveau poste.
