Comprendre comment les collaborateurs se forment \u00e0 l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et comment les entreprises peuvent les accompagner pour tirer pleinement parti de cette technologie.<\/p>\n\n<p>Selon Lisa Tenorio, SVP produit et innovation chez Harvard Business Publishing, qui <a href=\"https:\/\/events.degreed.com\/LENS2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate lors de la conf\u00e9rence Degreed LENS 2025<\/a>, \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019IA touche l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisation, pas uniquement un domaine fonctionnel isol\u00e9. \u00c0 tous les niveaux de l\u2019entreprise, les collaborateurs doivent en ma\u00eetriser les bases et continuer \u00e0 se former pour suivre le rythme effr\u00e9n\u00e9 de son \u00e9volution. Leur exploration concr\u00e8te de la GenAI et d\u2019autres outils \u00e9mergents r\u00e9v\u00e8le un besoin croissant de formations agiles et personnalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mais \u00e0 elle seule, la motivation individuelle ne suffit pas. En l\u2019absence d\u2019orientation claire et structur\u00e9e, le risque de d\u00e9sinformation, de perte de temps ou de d\u00e9sengagement est r\u00e9el. Le rapport indique en effet que <strong>40\u00a0% des collaborateurs qui exp\u00e9rimentent l\u2019IA de mani\u00e8re autonome avouent se sentir d\u00e9pass\u00e9s ou ne pas savoir comment l\u2019exploiter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les leviers de ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019IA<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir leur transformation, les entreprises tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019avenir priorisent des leviers essentiels\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Appui des dirigeants<\/strong>\u00a0: la transformation passe par un leadership engag\u00e9. Lorsque la direction manque de connaissances en mati\u00e8re de GenAI, elle h\u00e9site \u00e0 investir et \u00e0 prendre des risques. De m\u00eame, <strong>seule une entreprise sur dix finance suffisamment la formation \u00e0 l\u2019IA pour op\u00e9rer une v\u00e9ritable transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00eame avec des objectifs strat\u00e9giques bien d\u00e9finis, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises se heurtent \u00e0 des obstacles qui freinent leurs progr\u00e8s\u00a0: absence de cap clair, ressources limit\u00e9es et r\u00e9sistance au changement.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette situation exige la mobilisation des responsables RH et L&D pour donner aux dirigeants l\u2019assurance dont ils ont besoin et mettre en place une infrastructure learning qui stimulera la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019innovation avec la GenAI.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi ma\u00eetriser l\u2019IA ne peut plus attendre<\/h2>\n\n<p>L\u2019intelligence artificielle \u00e9volue rapidement. Tarder \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences dans ce domaine constitue non seulement un risque, mais aussi une occasion manqu\u00e9e d\u2019attirer les meilleurs talents, d\u2019accro\u00eetre la productivit\u00e9 et de gagner en agilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il est primordial de repenser la formation comme un outil strat\u00e9gique essentiel permettant de piloter la transformation plut\u00f4t que de la subir. Dans un environnement en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution, la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019IA permet de soulager les dirigeants.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dans notre enqu\u00eate, <strong>un tiers des professionnels interrog\u00e9s affirme que le recours \u00e0 la GenAI am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement la performance de leur \u00e9quipe. Pr\u00e8s de huit professionnels sur dix indiquent qu\u2019elle leur permet de se concentrer sur des priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques majeures. Et 53\u00a0% se sentent mieux outill\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>En outre, la mobilit\u00e9 interne s\u2019impose comme un important facteur de motivation. En effet, les collaborateurs qui estiment que leur poste offre des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution sont nettement plus susceptibles de rester dans l\u2019entreprise. Le constat\u00a0?
