Pour les sp\u00e9cialistes&nbsp;RH et Learning, cela implique de repenser la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019IA est introduite, adopt\u00e9e et encadr\u00e9e au sein du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous utilisez l\u2019IA pour le recrutement, la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences, ou encore pour encadrer ou \u00e9valuer vos collaborateurs, il vous faudra \u00e9galement v\u00e9rifier que votre fournisseur d\u2019IA a fait preuve de diligence raisonnable et con\u00e7u sa solution de telle mani\u00e8re que vous pourrez r\u00e9pondre aux obligations de la loi sur l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/get.degreed.com\/how-the-workforce-learns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nos recherches men\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019international avec Harvard Business Publishing<\/a> ont mis en lumi\u00e8re les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>68&nbsp;% des collaborateurs utilisent des outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative au moins une fois par semaine<\/strong>, preuve d\u2019une adoption large, mais souvent d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pourtant, <strong>78&nbsp;% d\u2019entre eux ne se disent pas assez \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise<\/strong> pour utiliser ces outils de mani\u00e8re efficace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seuls <strong>7&nbsp;%<\/strong> ont les comp\u00e9tences suffisantes pour cr\u00e9er ou personnaliser des outils d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfin, <strong>74&nbsp;% des dirigeants eux-m\u00eames n\u2019ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019aucune formation formelle<\/strong> sur l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une utilisation importante, la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises avancent donc \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle. Leurs collaborateurs utilisent l\u2019IA sans formation, sans supervision et sans l\u2019infrastructure exig\u00e9e par la loi. La loi europ\u00e9enne sur l\u2019IA est susceptible de classifier comme ill\u00e9gales certaines applications d\u2019IA, tandis que d\u2019autres, consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \u00e0 haut risque, doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7ues conform\u00e9ment aux exigences prescrites.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conformit\u00e9 avec la loi europ\u00e9enne sur l\u2019IA consiste non seulement \u00e0 respecter des r\u00e9glementations, mais aussi \u00e0 garantir que les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA sont dignes de confiance et b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour tous leurs utilisateurs. Ce sont eux qui permettent de passer de la simple conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable avantage comp\u00e9titif&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-outils-et-infrastructure\"><strong>1. Outils et infrastructure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne peut pas renforcer la ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative sans donner aux collaborateurs un acc\u00e8s pratique aux outils ni sans les int\u00e9grer dans les workflows r\u00e9els.
