En revanche, j\u2019avais une bonne dose de curiosit\u00e9 et l\u2019envie de tester de nouveaux outils. J\u2019ai explor\u00e9 des plateformes qui m\u2019ont permis de m\u2019int\u00e9grer plus vite, de mieux cerner les forces de mon \u00e9quipe et de garder nos projets sur la bonne voie. Cette ouverture \u00e0 la technologie n\u2019\u00e9tait pas qu\u2019une question de confort. C\u2019est ce qui m\u2019a permis de combler mes lacunes et de diriger avec assurance.<\/p>\n\n<p>Et j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que cette capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation propre \u00e0 notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9tait la cl\u00e9 pour faire le lien entre les m\u00e9thodes de travail traditionnelles et les approches centr\u00e9es sur la tech. Nous sommes des natifs du num\u00e9rique et la technologie fait partie de notre ADN. C\u2019est nous qui avons introduit Slack et Zoom dans nos entreprises. Et, soyons honn\u00eates, nous avons montr\u00e9 \u00e0 tout le monde (plus d\u2019une fois) comment enregistrer un document en PDF. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 porter le flambeau de la formation pilot\u00e9e par l\u2019IA.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Voici mon message\u00a0: responsables L&D, faites de nous vos alli\u00e9s pour r\u00e9ussir la transformation IA. Lorsque les responsables L&D nous consid\u00e8rent comme des partenaires, l\u2019adoption ne se fait pas progressivement, au rythme de lents d\u00e9ploiements. Elle se propage \u00e0 grande vitesse. Nous l\u2019avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 prouv\u00e9, et nous pouvons le refaire. Voici comment mobiliser cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de managers pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience de formation plus personnalis\u00e9e que jamais\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lesson-1-adoption-starts-with-people-not-platforms\"><strong>Le\u00e7on n\u00b0\u00a01\u00a0: la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019adoption ne d\u00e9pend pas des plateformes, mais des personnes.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La personnalisation a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 le graal de la formation en entreprise. Pendant longtemps, cela se r\u00e9sumait \u00e0 une simple liste de cours recommand\u00e9s selon le service. Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019IA change compl\u00e8tement la donne. Les plateformes savent identifier les comp\u00e9tences existantes, les relier aux objectifs de carri\u00e8re et ajuster les parcours de formation au fil de la progression de chacun.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mais ce que j\u2019ai appris en tant que manager, c\u2019est que la technologie, \u00e0 elle seule, ne cr\u00e9e pas le changement. Les humains, oui. Mon \u00e9quipe n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 enthousiasm\u00e9e par un \u00ab\u00a0nouveau syst\u00e8me\u00a0\u00bb simplement parce qu\u2019il venait des RH. Mon \u00e9quipe ne perdait plus son temps \u00e0 chercher des ressources. Les collaborateurs en voient l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat au quotidien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Lorsque j\u2019ai montr\u00e9 comment l\u2019IA m\u2019avait permis de faire de la veille concurrentielle en deux fois moins de temps, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a tout de suite adh\u00e9r\u00e9. Il ne s\u2019agissait pas de \u00ab\u00a0vendre\u00a0\u00bb la technologie, mais de prouver son impact.<\/p>\n\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 toute la force des jeunes managers. Cette reconnaissance motive et l\u00e9gitime l\u2019engagement fourni.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Mini-mission\u00a0:<\/strong> identifiez cinq managers charg\u00e9s de piloter de grands changements. Donnez-leur acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un programme pilote de formation optimis\u00e9e par l\u2019IA. Puis demandez-leur de pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats (int\u00e9gration acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e, engagement d\u2019\u00e9quipe renforc\u00e9) lors de la prochaine r\u00e9union de direction.<\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019IA a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser la formation personnalis\u00e9e. Mais son adoption repose avant tout sur les personnes, pas sur les plateformes. En tant que jeune manager, j\u2019ai pu constater \u00e0 quelle vitesse une \u00e9quipe adh\u00e8re lorsqu\u2019elle voit la technologie simplifier son travail et \u00e9clairer son avenir.<\/p>\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi les entreprises ne peuvent pas ignorer cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.
