Les mod\u00e8les de formation traditionnels et fig\u00e9s ne parviennent plus \u00e0 suivre le rythme des transformations du monde professionnel. Aujourd\u2019hui, la formation est plus strat\u00e9gique que jamais, alors que les entreprises doivent suivre le rythme de l\u2019IA, composer avec des objectifs en constante \u00e9volution et pr\u00e9parer un avenir toujours plus incertain.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de 2025, au fil de mes \u00e9changes avec des responsables RH, IT et L&D, mais aussi avec des analystes du secteur et mon \u00e9quipe d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs produit, un constat est revenu sans cesse&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2026, savoir d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles capacit\u00e9s comptera plus que n\u2019importe quel choix technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voici les sept tendances de la formation et du d\u00e9veloppement pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-les-referentiels-de-competences-gagnent-en-precision-et-en-popularite\"><strong>1. Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de comp\u00e9tences gagnent en pr\u00e9cision et en popularit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les taxonomies de comp\u00e9tences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues pour organiser et recenser les savoir-faire au sein d\u2019une entreprise, mais se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es complexes et difficiles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. De plus en plus d\u2019organisations se tournent donc vers des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels de comp\u00e9tences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de comp\u00e9tences \u00e9tablit un lien clair entre les postes et les comp\u00e9tences, et permet \u00e0 chaque collaborateur de comprendre le degr\u00e9 de ma\u00eetrise attendu pour son poste actuel ou pour ceux vers lesquels il souhaite \u00e9voluer. Chacun sait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment o\u00f9 il se situe et dispose d\u2019un parcours de progression clairement d\u00e9fini, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes de formation plus cibl\u00e9s et plus en phase avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-les-bibliotheques-de-contenus-deviennent-des-composants\"><strong>2. Les biblioth\u00e8ques de contenus deviennent des composants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grandes entreprises investissent des millions dans des <a href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/fr\/blog\/gerez-vos-ressources-formation-comme-votre-daf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">biblioth\u00e8ques de contenus, qui ne sont pas assez utilis\u00e9es pour justifier leur co\u00fbt<\/a>. Avec une curation dynamique des contenus assur\u00e9e par l\u2019IA, ces biblioth\u00e8ques ne seront plus le point d\u2019entr\u00e9e privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de la formation des collaborateurs&nbsp;; elles deviendront des composants qui servent de base aux parcours et aux exp\u00e9riences de formation personnalis\u00e9s pilot\u00e9s par l\u2019IA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2026, les biblioth\u00e8ques de contenus passeront de \u00ab&nbsp;point focal&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;briques \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires&nbsp;\u00bb que l\u2019IA assemblera pour proposer des parcours personnalis\u00e9s et contextualis\u00e9s. La valeur ne viendra plus de la quantit\u00e9 de contenus, mais de leur pertinence, ce qui permettra \u00e0 de nombreuses organisations de revoir leurs investissements \u00e0 la baisse. L\u2019avenir appartient aux contenus que l\u2019IA saura compiler en fonction des comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es, du degr\u00e9 de ma\u00eetrise attendu et des besoins du moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-presentiel-et-ia-nbsp-un-nouveau-modele-pour-les-programmes-de-leadership\"><strong>3. Pr\u00e9sentiel et IA&nbsp;: un nouveau mod\u00e8le pour les programmes de leadership<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises vont \u00e0 nouveau investir dans des exp\u00e9riences de leadership immersives, en s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019IA pour proposer un accompagnement alliant coaching et entra\u00eenement, \u00e0 la fois avant, entre et apr\u00e8s les interactions cl\u00e9s. Le leadership reste plus que jamais un enjeu critique pour toutes les organisations. Il s\u2019agit de donner aux personnes les plus influentes des \u00e9quipes les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour porter et accompagner la transformation des modes de travail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-la-transformation-passe-par-l-humain-pas-seulement-par-la-technologie\"><strong>4. La transformation passe par l\u2019humain, pas seulement par la technologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises n\u2019ont jamais eu autant d\u2019outils et de capacit\u00e9s IA, et elles continuent d\u2019investir massivement. Chacun peut faire le point sur ce qu\u2019il a appris, s\u2019entra\u00eener sur des sc\u00e9narios ou se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 des conversations cl\u00e9s. Les \u00e9quipes peuvent \u00e9galement d\u00e9briefer ensemble plus fr\u00e9quemment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat&nbsp;: une meilleure pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9quipes, plus de clart\u00e9 et plus de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-formation-evolue-mais-reste-toujours-aussi-essentielle\">La formation \u00e9volue, mais reste toujours aussi essentielle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l\u2019IA acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le rythme, ce sont les capacit\u00e9s qui feront la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises qui r\u00e9ussiront en 2026 ne seront pas celles qui accumulent le plus d\u2019outils. Ce seront celles qui auront su b\u00e2tir des \u00e9quipes capables de s\u2019adapter, d\u2019\u00e9voluer et d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats dans un environnement toujours plus changeant. Cela implique notamment de suivre les tendances de la formation et du d\u00e9veloppement qui ont fait leurs preuves et acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent vraiment la transformation des modes de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Car aujourd\u2019hui, la formation n\u2019est plus seulement une fonction L&D ou RH.
