Ils veulent la preuve que ces d\u00e9penses cr\u00e9ent une valeur m\u00e9tier mesurable, et ne servent pas seulement \u00e0 financer un catalogue de formations co\u00fbteuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand les budgets se resserrent, le premier r\u00e9flexe est souvent de couper dans les programmes. Mais \u00e0 l\u2019heure de l\u2019IA, r\u00e9duire la formation peut freiner le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour accompagner les changements de l\u2019entreprise. Une entreprise de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms du Fortune 100 a ainsi d\u00e9couvert que 7 de ses 10&nbsp;cours LinkedIn Learning les plus utilis\u00e9s \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponibles via Degreed Open Library, ce qui lui a permis d\u2019\u00e9conomiser plus de 1&nbsp;million de dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet audit sert de base \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes suivantes. Il s\u2019agit de trouver ceux qui servent vraiment votre strat\u00e9gie L&D, et d\u2019arr\u00eater de payer pour les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-consolider-nbsp-regroupez-vos-outils-pour-reduire-les-couts\">3. Consolider&nbsp;: regroupez vos outils pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La rationalisation permet d\u2019identifier ce qu\u2019il faut supprimer. La consolidation des fournisseurs permet ensuite de passer \u00e0 un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me plus simple, avec moins d\u2019outils, moins de complexit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et des \u00e9conomies r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que de conserver une s\u00e9rie de solutions isol\u00e9es, mieux vaut se recentrer sur un nombre plus limit\u00e9 de syst\u00e8mes interop\u00e9rables, capables de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 davantage de besoins. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fosway.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/2024-Fosway-9-Grid-Talent-People-Success_Full-Report-FINAL-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Selon Fosway<\/a>, cette approche r\u00e9duit les co\u00fbts directs li\u00e9s aux fournisseurs de <strong>20 \u00e0 30&nbsp;%<\/strong> en moyenne.
