Capgemini Research Institute indique \u00e9galement que <a href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/fr\/newsroom\/research-reveals-workforce-ai-skills-doubled\/\">80&nbsp;% des organisations<\/a> ont renforc\u00e9 leurs investissements dans l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative depuis 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, un <a href=\"https:\/\/mlq.ai\/media\/quarterly_decks\/v0.1_State_of_AI_in_Business_2025_Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">rapport du MIT publi\u00e9 en 2025<\/a> r\u00e9v\u00e8le que pr\u00e8s de 95&nbsp;% des entreprises ne constatent aucun retour sur leurs investissements internes dans l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des investissements aussi massifs, engag\u00e9s \u00e0 un rythme soutenu, montrent que nous sommes entr\u00e9s dans une nouvelle \u00e8re des technologies du travail. Pour autant, ces d\u00e9penses consid\u00e9rables ne produisent pas encore les r\u00e9sultats attendus. Et, contre toute attente, le probl\u00e8me ne vient pas de la technologie elle-m\u00eame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-investir-dans-l-ia-ne-suffit-pas-a-generer-du-roi\">Investir dans l\u2019IA ne suffit pas \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du ROI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le ROI d\u00e9\u00e7oit, le premier r\u00e9flexe consiste souvent \u00e0 incriminer la technologie (voire l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation)&nbsp;: fournisseur qui a survendu sa solution, int\u00e9grations qui ne fonctionnent pas comme pr\u00e9vu\u2026 Ces situations existent. Mais lorsque le probl\u00e8me est aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9, les causes semblent plus profondes. Si une technologie ne produit des r\u00e9sultats que pour une entreprise sur sept, alors que les autres continuent d\u2019investir toujours plus sans obtenir les m\u00eames effets, le probl\u00e8me est sans doute syst\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement&nbsp;: la plupart des entreprises consid\u00e8rent encore le d\u00e9ploiement technologique comme une finalit\u00e9. Elles configurent le syst\u00e8me, organisent une session de formation, puis d\u00e9clarent le d\u00e9ploiement r\u00e9ussi. Mais la vraie question, celle de savoir si les \u00e9quipes peuvent r\u00e9ellement utiliser ces nouveaux outils pour travailler autrement, reste souvent rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au second plan. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui explique l\u2019absence de r\u00e9sultats. Le v\u00e9ritable frein r\u00e9side dans les comp\u00e9tences des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des \u00ab&nbsp;strat\u00e9gies IA&nbsp;\u00bb ressemblent davantage \u00e0 des plans d\u2019acquisition technologique, auxquels on ajoute une session de formation. Les syst\u00e8mes fonctionnent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement comme pr\u00e9vu, mais les \u00e9quipes n\u2019\u00e9voluent pas au m\u00eame rythme que le changement. Une simple session de formation au moment du d\u00e9ploiement ne suffit pas \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les collaborateurs aux comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019exige l\u2019IA. Les entreprises doivent trouver des moyens d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de ces comp\u00e9tences, et surtout de l\u2019inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame lorsqu\u2019un syst\u00e8me fonctionne exactement comme pr\u00e9vu, son adoption peut rester limit\u00e9e. Et cela suffit \u00e0 compromettre le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une technologie, dont la valeur d\u00e9pend avant tout de la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9quipes s\u2019en emparent au quotidien. L\u2019\u00e9cart entre l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la technologie et les capacit\u00e9s humaines est devenu le principal frein au ROI des investissements en IA et \u00e0 la transformation m\u00e9tier qui les accompagne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pour-un-modele-operationnel-axe-sur-les-competences\">Pour un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le principal frein m\u00e9tier provient d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences, adopter un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel d\u2019abord ax\u00e9 sur elles permet de guider chaque \u00e9tape de la transformation IA \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es fiables sur les \u00e9quipes. Sans cette visibilit\u00e9, le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences rel\u00e8ve davantage de l\u2019intuition que d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie structur\u00e9e, avec peu de chances de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me du ROI de l\u2019IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qu-un-modele-operationnel-axe-sur-les-competences-nbsp\">Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mod\u00e8le ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9tenues par les collaborateurs, mais aussi celles qu\u2019ils d\u00e9veloppent actuellement ou qu\u2019ils devront acqu\u00e9rir demain. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste souvent \u00e0 disposer d\u2019une vision claire des comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019organisation, ainsi que de leur niveau de ma\u00eetrise, \u00e0 un instant T. <em>Contrairement <\/em>aux mod\u00e8les traditionnels, cette approche ne repose pas sur des r\u00f4les fig\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle exige de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des questions auxquelles les mod\u00e8les centr\u00e9s sur les r\u00f4les ne r\u00e9pondent pas. Quelles \u00e9quipes sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 faire face aux nouvelles transformations du travail&nbsp;? Quels r\u00f4les risquent d\u2019\u00e9voluer rapidement&nbsp;? Quelles comp\u00e9tences progressent r\u00e9ellement, et lesquelles stagnent&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-quoi-la-visibilite-sur-les-competences-peut-elle-ameliorer-le-retour-sur-investissement-de-l-ia-nbsp\">En quoi la visibilit\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences peut-elle am\u00e9liorer le retour sur investissement de l\u2019IA&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Impossible de d\u00e9velopper des capacit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019IA si vous ignorez lesquelles font d\u00e9faut. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, il est difficile de faire progresser les niveaux de ma\u00eetrise sans savoir d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019on part.
