It will also feature Gina Jeneroux, Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group sharing a peer-to-peer view of the modern learning and skills tech ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increased learning complexity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vision takes place at a critical juncture for learning leaders, with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/us\/en\/insights\/topics\/talent\/skills-based-organizational-strategy.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">89%<\/a>&nbsp;of business executives believing that skills are becoming more important in defining work \u2014 but only 18% feel that their workforce skills are being used to their full potential. Learning and talent leaders are being asked to manage and deliver more than ever before \u2013 at scale, with speed and impact. Many organizations recognize the importance of learning in establishing an agile, ambitious workforce that can handle today\u2019s challenges and tomorrow\u2019s surprises.
