Trata-se de uma nova roupagem, impulsionada por IA, para uma das ferramentas mais fundamentais de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de habilidades da Degreed, que apresenta aos usu\u00e1rios um reflexo mais detalhado e preciso dos n\u00edveis de suas habilidades. E n\u00e3o precisa se preocupar, pois n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter uma conta da Degreed nem experi\u00eancia pr\u00e9via com a plataforma para testar essa novidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O novo experimento combina duas das nossas principais \u00e1reas de interesse: intera\u00e7\u00f5es impulsionadas por IA \u2014 em vez de preencher um question\u00e1rio, voc\u00ea responde a algumas perguntas oralmente em tempo real \u2014 e dados de habilidades de mais qualidade. H\u00e1 anos oferecemos diversas maneiras para os nossos usu\u00e1rios classificarem suas habilidades por meio de autoclassifica\u00e7\u00f5es, classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de gestores e classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de pares. A Degreed tamb\u00e9m coleta \u201csinais\u201d de habilidades de avalia\u00e7\u00f5es, classifica\u00e7\u00f5es e atividades educativas. Para fechar essa lista, temos o nosso question\u00e1rio do Skill Review, um pilar da plataforma da Degreed desde 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Skill Review foi um projeto que eu ajudei a gerenciar anos atr\u00e1s, ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 um prazer revisit\u00e1-lo agora. Quando criamos esse recurso, a inten\u00e7\u00e3o foi ter algo mais preciso do que uma autoclassifica\u00e7\u00e3o, o que exigia um pouco mais de tempo e esfor\u00e7o dos usu\u00e1rios. O Skill Review leva cerca de 10 minutos para ser feito na vers\u00e3o original, enquanto a vers\u00e3o com IA demora a metade desse tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/explore.degreed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/XTM_07-10-24_Conversational-AI-Skill-Review_pt_BR_Social-1280x720-1-1024x576-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43375\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/reach.withsparks.com\/experiences\/02950d90-11b0-42e0-9a4f-e9b2994534cd\/05fc7f40-1453-4296-ae00-95e48563048d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><strong>Um papo mais casual sobre habilidades<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o lan\u00e7amento da IA conversacional (a tecnologia que usamos recentemente para o\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/blog-archive\/ia-conversacional-para-td-coaching-dramatizacoes-e-muito-mais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nosso coach executivo experimental com IA<\/a>), tivemos a ideia de testar se h\u00e1 maneiras melhores e mais inovadoras de avaliar e classificar os n\u00edveis de habilidades de algu\u00e9m. Com base em experimentos anteriores, j\u00e1 sab\u00edamos que intera\u00e7\u00f5es por voz s\u00e3o \u00f3timas para provocar reflex\u00e3o. Sab\u00edamos tamb\u00e9m que a IA era bastante capaz de avaliar uma transcri\u00e7\u00e3o com base em um assunto. Quer\u00edamos ver como a IA se sairia para se adaptar a uma conversa casual sobre uma habilidade de algu\u00e9m enquanto coleta informa\u00e7\u00f5es para apresentar um n\u00edvel de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o da habilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os resultados dos nossos testes preliminares foram impressionantes: a experi\u00eancia est\u00e1 se mostrando mais r\u00e1pida, mais f\u00e1cil e bastante precisa quando comparada \u00e0 vers\u00e3o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 conferiu? Al\u00e9m de facilitar a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o das suas principais habilidades, o di\u00e1logo ajudar\u00e1 voc\u00ea a descobrir habilidades transfer\u00edveis que voc\u00ea nem sabia que tinha.
