Nicole joined Degreed six months ago from SAP, where she led the company\u2019s skill transformation after driving research strategy and data science for new product development. Since joining Degreed, Nicole has led the development of Degreed\u2019s AI and skills product strategy, and has been a driving force behind innovations such as&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/artificial-intelligence\/\"><u><strong>Degreed Maestro<\/strong><\/u><\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/degreed.com\/experience\/skills\/\"><u><strong>Degreed Skills+<\/strong><\/u><\/a>.
