Imperial Brands has a history of over 200 years with well-known products that include Davidoff, West and JPS cigarettes and Golden Virginia rolling tobacco. But today, customer preferences are changing dramatically resulting in major markets like the US and UK consuming fewer traditional tobacco products every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tobacco industry is not usually known for innovation. The last major breakthrough was the filter, introduced over eighty years ago. Now, to strengthen its sustainability, Imperial is focused on the development of next-generation products. A goal that will require updating employees’ skills across the whole organization \u2014 and fast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
