Organizations are grappling with granularity\u2014\u201dAre we managing 50 skills or 50,000?\u201d\u2014along with data exchange challenges and systems that don\u2019t talk to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Too often, talent and learning data are still siloed\u2014leaving teams without a clear view of employee capabilities or opportunities to reskill for open roles.
